About Us

The 80Up Channel was founded by Mr. Tawat Palungtepinone.  He is the founder and chairman of the Communication Arts Institute International, former President of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and former Chairman and CEO of Khoo Khaeng Public Company Limited.

Mr. Tawat envisioned the 80Up Channel as an international media platform dedicated to the global senior community. Built on the idea that everyone can be a media creator, the 80Up Channel empowers individuals—especially seniors—to produce independent media using smartphones and laptops.

More than just a media outlet, the 80Up Channel serves as a hub where seniors can share their voices, build networks, create businesses, and engage with the world on their own terms. It opens a golden opportunity for seniors to start entrepreneurial journeys by producing their media through the three steps: 1.
